In this class you will learn about how versatile cultures can be and the processes used to make different cheeses from the same ingredients. Your class kit includes a feta mould, equipment and cultures to make up to 500L liters of milk into delicious feta, Guidos and Yoghurt, plus much much more. This class includes a cheese making kit that will let you make the cheese again and again at home and a messenger group to answer questions after the class.
Tracey Johnson has been successfully making cheese for over 7 years, and for the last 6 has been teaching and troubleshooting for cheesemakers around the world. She has gathered all the tips and tricks used for great home cheesemaking – and will be teaching them to you.
