Beginner Cheesemaking: Gruyere
Learn to make Gruyere in this exciting hands-on 4.5-hour class with Tracey Johnson.
You will make a Manchego cheese and take home everything you need to make it again and again. This class includes a cheese making kit that will let you make the cheese again and again at home and a messenger group to answer questions after the class.
You also get to take home a recipe for Manchego, Guidos and Feta.
This class does not include lunch, but coffee and tea are provided.
Tracey Johnson has been successfully making cheese for over 7 years, and for the last 6 has been teaching and troubleshooting for cheesemakers around the world. She has gathered all the tips and tricks used for great home cheesemaking – and will be teaching them to you.
