If you want to prepare a stunning cheeseboard at home this class is the class for you! We don’t make cheese in this class we make cheese pretty!

Your class includes a large cheeseboard, cheese knife, pairing knife, zigzag knife, set of cookie cutters, melon baller and V tool. You will prepare 6 cheeses in different ways and learn why the shape you cut effects the cheese taste and experience. You will also receive fruits and nuts to pair the cheese with and of course crackers! Finally you will learn to use the tools ( which you take home) to create exciting garnish and decorative elements to really take your board to a new level. Full instructions for you to take home along with your cheeseboard full of cheese.
