This dry crumbly flavourful cheese is ready to eat in as little as 3 weeks making it ideal for new cheesemakers. In class you make 1lb (450g) of cheese to take home and age, you also take a full kit worth $70 to make a further 20 lbs of cheese.

Please bring lunch, Tea and coffee provided
