Want to wow the crowd this holiday season? Camembert will do that! In class you make mini 3” camemberts that will be ready in 4-6 weeks perfect for Christmas! You take home a kit to make another 24 batches of cheese at home! In class you make your cheese to take home that day, you also learn what to look for if something goes wrong.

You also receive ongoing support online for your cheese as it ages.

Please bring lunch, Tea and coffee provided.
