Cheesemaking: Camembert – May 13th
In this CAMazing class you will learn the difference between Camembert and Brie. You will make and take home 4 mini camemberts and full instructions on how to age them properly. This is a 5 hour class. You also take home a cheese making kit worth $70 which will enable you to use the recipes given to make over 20 more pounds of cheese. You also receive ongoing support online for your cheese as it ages.
