Cheddar and Cheese Curd (Poutine Cheese)
10am – 3pm
In class you make your cheese to take home that day, you also learn what to look for if something goes wrong.
In this 4 hour class you will make your cheese to take home. You also take home a cheese making kit worth $70 which will enable you to use the recipes given to make over 20 more pounds of cheese of all kinds. You also receive ongoing support online for your cheese as it ages.
Please bring lunch, Tea and coffee provided.
