In this 5 hour class you will make your cheese to take home (including tasting it as poutine curds – its the same cheese, and discussing cottage cheese which is also based on this recipe.) You also take home a cheese making kit worth $70 which will enable you to use the recipes given to make over 20 more pounds of cheese of all kinds. You also receive ongoing support online for your cheese as it ages.
