This versatile cheese can be as salty as you like it! In this 4.5 hour class you will make your cheese to take home. You also take home a cheese making kit worth $70 which will enable you to use the recipes given to make over 20 more pounds of cheese of all kinds. You also receive ongoing support online for your cheese as it ages. Salt issues? No problem I will talk you through how to raise or lower the salt level.
